I am delighted with the result of the renovations to the basement space. Your recommendation of sound-proofing the ceiling does its job very well. And, because your design approach of building mouldings around the typical boxes one normally has in the ceilings of a basement, I have pleasing architectural highlights throughout the apartment. As well, your solution for installing hardwood on an insulated sub-floor keeps my floors warm in winter (basement floors are notoriously cold in winter). As I’ve always been partial to the elegance and easy maintenance of hardwood flooring I am doubly pleased. The whole renovation is truly delightful and I would not change a thing! I have recommended your work to my friends and have been told that they too have been most pleased with their results.

Please contact me as I want a shed built in the back yard. Also, my neighbour wants to do a reno on her main floor. She has seen all the work you did for me and was as impressed as I am. Thanks for doing such a great job on our renovation. You were able to do everything you promised and MORE. We appreciated your good ideas, good workmanship & good company. It would be difficult to find any contractor more honest or hard-working than you. We wish you all the best for 2006 & beyond. I'm sure our paths will cross again as we will eventually want your help with our MBR bathroom & the basement.
